The Mythos Movement Lab is an online dance program that goes beyond choreography, guiding you to develop both your technical skill and your unique movement voice. Through creative explorations, improvisation, and somatic practices, you'll deepen your relationship with dance—not just as something you do, but as something you understand, feel, and shape in your own way. This is where technique meets intuition, where structure and freedom coexist, and where you learn to move as fully, expressively, and intentionally as possible.

Super Early Bird Access
Super Early Bird access is for the first 30 movers who are all in—the ones who already resonate with my work and are excited to learn how to dance in this way. You’ll be here from the very beginning, shaping this space alongside me as it grows. Since the course is still being built, the price is just $10/month- which is the LOWEST it will be. Once the curriculum is uploaded and the library begins to grow, the price will go up.
